I rented a 10×15 unit. It was clean, dry and easy to access the unit. However the price increased twice in 3 months. I then decided to downsize to a 5 x10 unit. The price for that unit increased twice in 3 months, plus it was hard to get in touch with them. I do not recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.

Ben RobertsonI was late on paying by a couple of weeks due to switching jobs... I paid my balance due plus the late fee on a Friday night. Came over here at 8am the next morning (Saturday) and they've got 1 of their locks on it. I've called twice to ask when it'll be taken off. No answer!! They say customer service is open 6am-10p. I can't even get someone on the phone. Their hrs must be whenever the hell they feel like getting out of bed on a Saturday.... Very dissatisfied with this place. I'll be looking for a new storage facility!!!
Annie CI would have given 4 (updated my review below)stars but when I needed to upgrade bigger during a weekend the only thing they could do was take money for payments and it caused me issues so it was a big deal for me. For the amount of money I paid just to get one was almost the monthly rate. The good side is is it's behind locked gate so for the most part it's safe from being broken into. The convenience of it being available 24 a day for me to get into was a big plus. July 28, 2025 I want to add to my previous review. I didn't catch the fact that they were raising their prices across the board. I do auto pay. It went up a lot so I called and she was so nice and helpful and was able to get me a credit on my next bill. She met me in the middle with pricing and I thought that was fantastic. Thank you so much!
