I went into the North Wheeling avenue in Muncie office to purchase my storage unit. I worked with a lady named Teddy and she was so amazing. She walked me through everything and got me well on my way rather quickly and all done ready to move in. Teddy was very very attentive, and it was very very helpful making this a painless experience. Thank you so much Teddy for making it awesome it did not go unnoticed.

The rental pricing is fair, just not real sure about the property management accusing me of living in the unit I had arrived at for the third day in a row to get my belongings moved into and prepare for moving across country. Called police and complained that I had my trained emotional support dog (25 lbs sheltie) with me. They had no problem with it when I moved into my 10x30. They sent three police suvs and 4 officers and accused me of literally living in my second climate controlled 10x15 unit after putting my code in at 8:30am while I was sorting through arranging, and cleaning out my belongings. More police harassment from the State of Indiana and its less than constitutional protections of civil rights by those that pay businesses for their services here, kidnapped my child from school and fail to follow court orders while harassing and intimidating you until you leave and can no longer live in and vote in the local elections for the place you live.

I’ve have some issues with this storage company. Starting with them not honoring what I originally booked for. I originally booked this specific company, because they were offering a two months free. Since I moved here to go to Ball State I thought this one would be perfect. When I arrived they told me they were running another deal which wasn’t as good as the one I booked for. Then, my lock was broken and I was never notified. They replaced my lock with one of theirs and I couldn’t reach the property manager over the phone or in person for about 3 weeks. Not once was anything offered to me for the time I was paying and couldn’t access my unit. Just kind of disappointed in my experience and how they treat college students.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff here made it an incredibly easy and stress-free experience! The manager, Teddie, was so so kind and was able to answer all of my questions and even provided me with a closer unit, lock, and moving boxes. Even though I only need a unit for a couple months, I will definitely be renting from this location again for my next move.
