KO Storage of New Castle - S 103

I wish this facility still had an on-site office. I went to selfstorage.com to find this facility when I was moving three hours. Their reservation specialist was excellent very patient and helpful giving information about the storage availability in Newcastle Indiana. The online rental agreement was fast and Easy, but there are a lot of fees at this unit that are not at other facilities. The property is grown up with weeds and the unit was clean, but you can tell thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no one on site taking care of it.

I have had a unit at this location for over 20 years. It was a local company that provided personal service by having an office with office hours and customer service. This location was purchased by an out of state company 2 months ago. They have since closed the office completely and are now adding new mandatory fees to the accounts for insurance. I'm sure this is just the beginning. There will probably be many for fees to come.
