I liked the way things are set up the units come with a lock although I think $21 is too high for the lock when ours just like yours was only $8. I didn't care for the kiosk because I kept having to have the gal repeat herself as the sound was muffled off and on plus light was shining on the kiosk causing glare to ensure it. The kiosk wouldn't work so I had to do it on my phone. The girl was very apologetic and polite made several tries. The units were clean and spacious. Much nicer than when we rented there 5 years ago
Marvin was such a great help he explained all details very clear and made sure I understood all protocols he has helped me numerous times when I have had questions I highly recommend speaking to him if you have any concerns or questions.
I'm not one to post negativity, but at this point, I've had it! In October I reduced my storage size due to massive rate increase! I got 2 smaller units, one being $97 ($11 insurance), the other being $87 ($11 insurance). My large unit was $155 when I first got it, and it kept going up. It ended up being $334 each month. I just received cards in the mail for a price increase. One it now $170, from $97, the other $113 from $87...im back in the same boat! PKUS, I had filed a claim for damaged items. I had dead mice, mouse nest, mouse poop, mouse urine, chewed items, and major weather damage. Mold on my items, leaves, water damage, items that had been broken that were placed in a safe spot. Since Oct 2025, the claim has been filed 3 times, twice by the onsite manager. I have yet to receive any calls or responses from anyone. I was given 2 number to call, by MANAGERS above the on-site manager...the first number was for life alert! Yes, life alert! The next had nothing to do with claims. It is now Jan 2026, and I'm now stuck with the decision to have to move my items yet again, to a new storage company, IN THE WINTER. This place has really turned into a joke, and they are NOT for the customers! They will "work with you" and offer a lower rate, but then turn around and bump it up shortly after! It's a scam, a gimmick, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I also have a unit in Illinois through the same company. It was emergent, I rented this space in November, and they have already raised those raits as well! I have been more than patient with my claim, I have had multiple points of contact, via phone, text, and in person, still NOTHING! I gave a soft warning that I will file small claims as I have lost WAY more than the $2k that the claim offers. I could go on and on, but I hope people take note of what you're getting in to with this company. BBB, state attorney Generals office and small claims is my next step. If I could post pictures on here, I would!
Staff at this location was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They helped with the move in details and the process of moving out was smooth. I would gladly store items here in the future!
The Manager, Marvin, took really good care of me when it was time for me to finally move out. I never had any issues the entire time my possessions were there. Would recommend again to any locals who need some extra storage.
