These people will cut the locks off of your unit and put theirs on! Even when you are paid up to date. With-in the first 2 days of rental our code for entry was removed and we had to wait for a temporary code to be issued the following day. We were not issued a new code for over a week later. USE CAUTION when renting from here. Also your spouse is not allowed into the unit unless accompanied by you ( the lease)

Alicia is the best! Shes so kind and helpful. She makes sure that I receive the help I need every time and has even came out in a snow storm to make sure I was able to open my unit!

I strongly encourage individuals that have been affected by SROA negligence in recent events regarding the issue of burglaries to seek legal counsel via personal injury attorneys, you do have a right to compensation for the damages and negligence. 2/5/2025 After speaking with Osceola Police Department SROA are refusing to work with the Police on releasing “camera footage” siting the police will need a warrant. This raises serious concerns about SROA company and their ability to provide safe secure service. I was also made aware that the security gate has been compromised and that it stays open for months at a time, providing more reasoning why SROA has been negligent. I strongly recommend that those who have been affected by the negligence of SROA seek immediate legal action against the company. I refuse to allow this company to take advantage of me and my belongings that were robbed due to the company failure to provide any kind of protection. I truly thank the officers for their assistance and service. Update: In a state of distress after the Property Manager Pattie refused to even come to the location so best of luck with that “threat scenario” holding up in court even the police dispatcher who also recorded the call stated she needs medical attention she having a panic attack and regurgitating. So your reply to the incident is to say oh she made threats in a state of distress and shock comical to say the least. However I do have the recorded conversation from your property manager who I did apologize to for yelling at in my state of distress and shock that she has reached out to corporate regarding the property security issues and cameras. Also if a threat was made why would any wait alone after closing just to tell me to come back the next day to file paperwork if I was such a danger which was also recorded. There is no excuse for SROA negligence and total disregard for people who pay for their services. Legal action is and will be taken against the company. A class action lawsuit should be pursued since many hard working people have been affected by SROA negligence. Where do I start my storage unit was broken into Friday a 3 bedroom storage unit everything taken! The security gate was open and has still been opened, I called the police which they promptly came out to investigate the incident with many units being burglarized. Finally the property manager showed up after the police dispatcher had to repeatedly call, the Property manager stated to myself and the officers that there was a robbery a few nights before and unfortunately this location doesn’t have any video surveillance cameras which they stated in the contract and to myself that the location is completely safe and secure. Even advertised on the website that they provide security cameras and security gate to protect peoples property. The ultimate deplorable act of SROA is the insurance policy that they charge almost 20 monthly only pays out $2000 ridiculous. I have well over $2000 worth of property in my unit. Also I called numerous times to speak with a manager but to no avail until finally after 3 days I received a private call from the District Manager Brian who was very rude and unprofessional to yell and scream at me about requesting video footage of the robbery. He totally refused to answer any questions or even release the said “cameras” that he argues the location has but the property manager stated to the police and myself that there is no cameras at this location. I believe someone is scamming because the way the District Manager Brian behaved was very suspicious and hostile never apologized for the incident and negligence of the company. I mean if a burglary has been occurring shouldn’t the company notify tenants and enforce some sort of security measures that prevent any future thefts. I am speaking with an attorney involving this matter because something is not adding up and again $2000 insurance will cover have of my stolen property. SROA Osceola location is very negligent and very dangerous.

Me and my husband will be moving our storage unit… we have been broken into twice in the past 6 months. Not okay. The first time they failed to contact us and we went to find our locks cut and a new lock (we didn’t have the key to) on it and didn’t get a call about this. Very disappointed and annoyed with this company.

As of 1/25/25, my storage unit at 1104 w Lincolnway, has been broken into and stole over $5,000 worth of my tools, rims, and speaker equipment. They proceeded to trash my into and stuff in been gathering all my life and hard earned items. I’m very pissed off, and I do pay the bill on time every month with the insurance. THIS PLACE IS A DAMN JOKE. The main gate is left open I called a police officer out and he says it stays open often and people can just go right in and steal stuff. I’m really hopping after I file this police report and I talk to a manager you guy compensate me back because you really screwed me over with this. I would not recommend you waste your time coming to this storage facility for your hard earned items to be stole right from your unit! It don’t matter if you put 2 locks in the damn door they will cut your locks off. This is insane to me as well because my family friends live right across the street. And my shit was being stolen.
