Had I good and very respectful phone call with the employee named Amanda Masterson. She answered all my questions and was just all around great.
Amanda VeatchI rented a unit two days ago and when I went to move my stuff in there is a huge sheet of ice in front of my unit. The rest of the units have been cleared. Two movers fell and I came close this morning. When I called to complain the field services coordinator told me I needed to be smarter when it comes to dealing with ice. She said “I should be able to clearly see that there is ice and I shouldn’t be careful when I walk on it”. Glad you care about your customers safety. I probably will not rent another month.

Brittaney “O’Dell/Goldman” McGillemThe space and facility itself are great, HOWEVER not having access to my own belongings during times when I need them (that work with my own work schedule) makes it extremely difficult. You can make a payment and rent a locker 24/7 but you cannot access your belongings 24/7. As soon as I find a climate controlled unit with 24hr access I’ll be making the switch because it’s such a pain. Furthermore, we got there with our very last pickup load of the night (mind you we RACED there to make it in time) punched the code in at 9:58pm while the system said open, but got an error message stating the facility was closed. Sooooo imagine what a pain that was beings that I still had a ton to move and now nowhere to put it until 6am. Ps their hours are now 6am-10pm 🙄😳 They’ve got surveillance, why not keep the place open 24/7 and utilize the surveillance for anything that may come up?! So yeah, maybe I should’ve given it a two star review instead but idk what they were thinking when implementing these hour changes.
