Until now, I would have left a 5 star review. But now, my unit rental price has fully doubled in a single month without notice. After 4 months of paying $83, it's suddenly jumped to $167. I was not on a special promotional period, that was just the rate. When I said something about it, I was offered a price adjustment, but it was still higher than my original rate. Maybe that's the game - Make insane price jumps and then offer a "good deal" to make your customers pay more without too much of a fuss. Doubling the price is insane, immoral, and nothing but pure greed. We'll most likely be finding another storage company. You could have easily had a happy customer and a steady cash flow, now your losing customers.

I was so disappointed. I rented a unit loaded it with my boxes wasn’t there three months and I received a notice that they were going to raise the price $40 the following month so we checked into another location and were considering moving that but then didn’t know if they would do the same thing so we decided to move out and I went ahead and bought my own Mini barn. When we Went to cancel our rental the girl then told us she could have given us a discount, which wasn’t that much anyway. I believe they need to work on their policy on rental agreement.
