The staff is professional and courteous. My issue is with the cost of these units. I have a tiny unit. And I signed up under one rate, only to have it increase after a year for no other reason than that they could. When I asked if there have been any improvements or upgrades to justify this increase, I was told no. That it's just automatically going to increase. Also, the late fee is huge, so definitely make sure you don't miss a payment. If you do, you will receive daily calls, texts, and emails (which I understand the notifications, but three different ways every single day is excessive. Especially on weekends when they're closed anyway). All in all, it's not worth it for what you pay, and there was no mention of an automatic rate increase when I rented my unit. I like the staff, but it's too pricey for what you're getting.

Very good. If I need to call for any reason, they return my call as soon as possible. They moved us into a bigger unit when we needed it. & we’re super patient when I needed to change my card information for payment due to a fraud charge. I have had no problems with them at all.

Staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful when I first got my unit I got the wrong size and ( I forget her name in the office in so sorry) was quick to get the issue resolved. Now to the Uhaul portion she is absolutely amazing I come in weekly for a trailer and she knows this, and always has one for me. I have never had an issue at all here best place I have ever rented from. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey but security and cleanliness kind of makes up for it.

Updating my review because the owner quickly resolved my issue. He acted very respectfully over the phone and explained the situation. It was something on behalf of MY bank and have since fixed the issue, he was even willing to remove the late fee since it was an issue out of our hands. Their primary office is at a different location so if they’re not there, try at the other place to catch a staff member. Joe is very willing to work with the local community and build a relationship with the Costumers.
