Public Storage - Wichita - 1201 West Carey Lane

Remington the onsite manager was amazing, and provided extremely wonderful customer service. My husband even mentioned how pleasant he was, and my husband probably wouldnt smile if you told him he won the lottery and got to have every hot girl in the world!!! We've had quite a few storages in the past, and none of them can compare to our experience at this location. You have an awesome employee, and if he does not receive recognition for these reviews he really should. I used to only write reviews if we received bad customer service, because I used to think if you're acting as the face and voice of the industry you work for, whether as a CEO or as a cashier you want to represent your company the best way forward. It not only reflects on the company in general, but how that company treats and values it's employees. Employees that are listened to and treated well will love their job which will then reflect on how they perform their job. Anymore, its almost the norm to receive bad customer service where it's apparent the employees hate their job, so it was very nice and unexpected for us to receive such great service and help me remember we shouldn't settle for less

Remington in Wichita KS was professional and curtious and called me after I made my reservation. The store was clean and the unit as well. I will recommend to my family and friends to use Public Storage. He was polite and did a wonderful job.
