Absolutely the worst storage experience I have ever had, and I’ve rented many units across a few different states! Jacked my price up to $70 after 3 months, yes I should have read the small print of getting a promotion but sheesh yall could have said it’ll be $200 after 3 months! And seriously $200!? Most units in the area are less than $60, which if I’d looked around to begin with I would have never came there, but it was convenient till it wasn’t! Few other issues that I was not happy with, some I should have read through the lease better, but some wasn’t even in there because I went back to look after the fact. Also, there isn’t anyone local to speak with. Everyone is from who knows where and doesn’t even know what is what because each state has different laws! I even had one tell me, “hang on let me check Ky laws” then went on to say, “I think it’s xyz”. It is clean, with a convenient location, but I’m Glad I’m out of there!

DO NOT RENT HERE. LEARN FROM OUT MISTAKES! We needed a short term rental, while preparing to move. When calling to move out, we were told the prorated rate and ended the call. It was not emphasized to OUR UNDERSTANDING that we needed to call back to pay the lesser rate, the day before it was actually due. I made the full payment online the day it was DUE. We're in the middle of moving things slip through the cracks, we're human. I called today to learn that they CAN NOT AND WILL NOT, refund the extra $46.00. Just rent storage units somewhere else where they are actually human beings with hearts.
