I just spoke to Meredith about some of the different rental options, she was extremely helpful and gave examples as to what would be the best size for my needs. She also talked about the climate control units. I was also curious about the cancellation policy and she explained that in detail as well!

My Rent increased $41 in a 6 month period with new ownership . Moved out of my unit in December , I was charged for January rent , made several attempts to get my January refund and deposit back , I was told it could take 5 to 7 days . It’s now been 6 weeks! Meredith the Crestwood manager does not know how to manage the facility and will ignore emails , voicemails and make no attempt to resolve the issue . I was a valued customer for many years before the new owners took over . I was able to find the same size unit for half the price at another location . BEWARE of storage sense!!!!

Rented a storage unit in June for a 3 month promotion of half off rent promotion, then my rent would for my unit would go to $174 per month. All good and getting into the unit was fine. By the end of September only 4 months into my lease when they sent me a notification that my rates would be increased to over $200 a month. A few days later they are running an online promotion for $79 a month for 3 months then after it would be $159 a month for rent. When I called to discuss this they said their hands are tied. Good luck! Seems like they just want to get people in the unit and then trap them with rent increases. Especially after only being there a couple months. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Update* They’ve raised rent yet again. Called to inquire and was told that they would “get a hold of someone for me” and then never called me back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I’ve had a unit here for about 3 years now and loved it when it was the original owners, but these new owners are a bunch of crooks. Since they’ve taken over they’ve raised the rent multiple times and even tried to force you to purchase an insurance plan through them to add even more to your rent. The front gate is constantly broken and as of right now there isn’t even a gate there at all. I asked if I would be given a lower rate since they are not providing the security that I pay for and they refused any compensation. If I had known they would raise the prices this much, I would have gone with a climate controlled unit elsewhere. Take notice of all the recent reviews and the common trend. Save yourself and take your business elsewhere in town.
