Decent except for the unexpected increase in the rent amount. They don't even bother to notify you when the amount has increased. They just let you find out when you receive your bill as you pay it. They did compromise and restored my previous rate after I paid the increase for the current month and had to submit a request to honor my original agreed rent amount. This is why some people choose to move storage units after 6 months. The cost is raised right after the new account promotion is up and most of the time it's higher then the advertised monthly price.

I have a great end unit that is plenty large enough as well as priced very well, and below the competition.
