I love the new management! Deon is a God send she works with you, she helps if there is an issue she will not hesitate. She made this experience easy and comfortable for me I would recommend any of her locations!!

Update: Not only did they not respond they have tried to send me to collections and put a lien on me. Avoid this place at all costs. After finally finding the unit dodging the giant pieces of concrete in the parking lot I open the door to my unit and it is full of stuff. I then tried to get out the gate and it doesn’t open. I called and called and no one answers or returns calls. So I back up the lane and go to the next gate once again it doesn’t open. I can’t back up because someone that lives in their unit has a broken down vehicle in the way. After 30 minutes I finally got around it. Go to the next gate guess what it won’t open either. At this point I have called 12 times, I’ve cursed more than a sailor and by god I can’t get out so I am getting ready to call the fire department cuz I’m stuck inside. Well lo and behold a lady pops out my yelling and cussing must have woken her up said you gotta go to the very last one it stays open all the time. That’s the trick. No the trick is to run as fast as humanly possible from this place. Do not pass go do not collect $200. Run!!! I know you get what you pay for and I wasn’t expecting anything other than an empty unit and to be able to get in and out. So I just want my money back so I can find one that I can get in and out of.

It was good customer service for the most part, at times some individuals that work for the company is not as understanding because it was time when they were getting the ground worked on and I couldn’t get to my storage and when I called to get some assistance; the worker said I can’t get to my storage due to maintenance, but I was told later on by someone out there, that was affiliated with the company that they had sent emails. I just wished I could of had better customer service and also. My storage was broken into multiple times and sometimes everything couldn’t be replaced with the insurance, but I was able to get reimbursed for most of my things! I say once they get the road straight and better security it can be great!

My mother got a unit here using a special promotion online. Which is only for a few months and it jumps up tremendously. Despite having cameras, her unit was broken into in the contents stolen, and the company refused to replace or make a claim. She also paid late and so the company decided to put a combination lock on her unit. That’s my mothers fault and I have to take over it but nonetheless, they can’t give her the passcode because they put the wrong lock on her unit on site. I have spoken to the new manager who has yet to follow through with going there and physically looking at the lock and giving us the combination code. For $110. I would advise you to go somewhere else.

If you need a storage spot in Baton Rouge this is the one to go to!! Excellent customer service and they have really great prices and specials!! I made my reservation online and they called to confirm and when I made a change it was no problem and I saved so much $ when compared to other storage locations I researched in the area!
