Moved into our unit in December. The only reason we chose here was because they offered a "free" truck with move in. Well its only free for 50 miles after that they charge you. When moving in, the climate controlled units are..... sketchy... wooden frames screwed into sheet metal which isnt the most secure. You can see where frames have been broken and glued back together, not even replaced. Well, we took our chances hoping our things would be safe. On 2/14 our unit was broken into which resulted in a loss of around $1500 of irreplaceable items. To add insult to injury, the facility told me i would be charged 50% for a new lock to go on my unit which is absolutely ridiculous. The reason, "we have already lost so much in having to replace all the latches and locks and some doors." Well... thats not my problem. We ultimately filed a police report, filed an insurance claim and moved out of the unit, to a more secure facility. 1/10 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STORING YOUR ITEMS HERE.

I been with this storage unit for a few years when I first got with them, they was as sweet as they can be I pay insurance on my storage unit to put my vehicle inside of it and when I went to go get my vehicle out of my storage unit and I decided to keep it home, but I still kept the insurance on my storage unit just in case I ever wanna put my vehicle back in it and recently I had bad experience almost a year ago when I made a complaint about someone un screwing the screws inside of the storage unit on their side, and when I show the lady, her response was that she was going to call us and then she was going to let them know the people on the other side of us evidently she didn’t do her job. We never received a call and then she had the nerve to tell us that we cannot put a vehicle in the storage unit or no kind of jewelry or anything due to that the insurance doesn’t pay for it, but I’ve been paying insurance on this storage unit for at least a couple of years. I am about to leave this storage unit because lately I’ve been having a bad experience. They are always locking the gate i’m better off buying my own storage shed and putting it in on my own land this is very ridiculous.

Never open when I need to make a payment resulting in getting locked out of my unit and a late fee charged I will be cancelling my storage unit with them

I rented a unit from here for 6 months and Jessica was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything. I lost the key to my unit, while I was renting and Jessica was very helpful with replacing the lock to the unit. The free moving van was very convenient and it helped with my budget. My furniture was very well kept and there wasn't any damage to anything. I had a very great experience with renting form here and I highly recommend others to rent from here also.
