Ken MikoIt was very smooth and easy, especially because I had my online reservation email and insurance declaration with me printed, so they were able to pull up my info and finish the process quickly and efficiently. The two employees in the front office were kind and knowledgeable! :D Do keep in mind that they don't provide you a free lock, so make sure you bring one or buy one for $22 in their office :)

So they emialed me back asking about details. I respond what detail do you need and have heard nothing from them in return. Update: Their Management contracted me and let me change my unit with with new unit price of 51 for 4 months then then it will go to 79.00 per month, however I was told it will increase again by about 50 bringing me close to what I am paying now. I cant remember if they do these increase 1 once or twice a year. I will let you all know.

Oscar GrouchoLove the improvements. Glad to see that they didn’t change staff. Manager is always very helpful, even with my strange questions, LOL. I don’t say this very often, but I would recommend this place as a storage solution to my friends and family. Always clean, and unlike other storage locations, rat free. At my other place there was an issue where rats would chew on my art frames. Not a one seen here. They also have U-Hauls there to rent so moving my art around is very convenient. Do miss the window art though.
