This was the first place i came upon moving to New Orleans. They had the best rates and the manager in the office was very accommodating. She was nice and gave me a a nice big unit. The cleaning people are also very nice and made sure my unit was clear to check out upon move out. The whole process was very easy. Would recommend and 5 Stars for being easy to work with.

We've been delighted with the facility manager's attention from my initial inquiry to a new light bulb in our unit. On the last visit, we noticed the bulb was out; reported it to the office; and were delighted to have a well-lit unit when we visited today. Thanks.

After checking out early this month this still bothering me the way Ashley called interrogate me. It wasn’t what she said but how she said it her deliverance were very unprofessional. After being a customer for two years, Ashley could have called and said thank you so much for being a loyal for customer two years. We appreciate your business just to give you a courtesy call. Anything you brought with you, you want be able to discord using our dumpster. Ashley called me may I speak to my name and she went straight into you had somebody on property today. Keep in mind I was confused I was half sleep. And I had been back-and-forth moving my stuff to another Facility that day. She asked me again I said yes my son in law n I was there. Well u put stuff in our dumpster I won’t charge u this time but next I will charge u. I’m like okay I moved out today you won’t have that problem anymore. I’ve never had a problem there out of the two years I’ve been there. Devin never was rude with a customer. I’m glad I’m longer at the location. I’m big on customer as I work in hospitality. The unit was cleaned upon departing that wasn’t even mentioned. Also one more thing the prices never stay the same. As when I first sign up. They were going from $136 to $215
