I was unable to complete my rental online so I had to make a dreaded phone call. But lucky for me, ANTHONY answered my call! He went so far above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation and literally catered to my 86 year old Dad’s needs. That’s A1 service right there! He went through all available rentals and helped me find one that would be super easy for my Dad to access on his own and I appreciate that more than he’ll ever know. Most customer service agents don’t care about your personal lives because they have their own but Anthony really listened and understood what I needed, and why, and got us exactly what we were looking for. We do plan on renting a climate controlled unit as well and I will be calling back asking for Anthony again because he is just GOOD at his job. There’s a female who answers the phone every time I call. I can’t ever remember her name but she is so professional, polite and ridiculously helpful every single time I have spoken to her. I can’t speak for the rest of the employees there because I haven’t dealt with anyone else but for that reason alone I’d recommend this place. The units are nice and clean and the property feels safe.

This was one of the easiest task to rent a storage unit ever.. CSR Kim Hamlet went over and beyond customer service, she brought laughter and a joyful spirit. More companies should have an employee that is so willing to help and make the transaction easier for clients.
