I've been a client for two years and am finally moving out today. Things to consider if you're using as a storage facility: Pros: --Climate control is nice and comfortable. -- Clean, I've not had trouble with dust or dirt. -- I've never had trouble accessing the gate during accessible hours -- It's monitored by cameras and there is a warm body there working most of the accessible hours. --Lighting in the buildings is pretty good. Cons: --The hours of access are limited, which limits nefarious activity, but sucks if you need to get in there at 8:30pm or 6am (ouside of accessible hours). --Bert Koons traffic is really tough though. If you go after work, turning left out of there takes forever and is dangerous with a truck full of weight. If you're visiting this storage facility regularly, pick somewhere else. This place is in an awful location traffic-wise. --The prices are a little high and have increased twice in 2 years. (currently paying $89/mo for 5'x10' climate-controlled).

The absolute best storage facility in Shreveport-Bossier because the manager, Erica Trippany, is outstanding! No one can compare to her in customer service. She is always willing to go the extra mile, from the first interaction to the last. She is professional, proactive and highly personable. She is willing to help, accommodate and work with you. You will find her to be respectful, appreciative and always a positive voice. I’ve never had a better experience than with her and her staff. I’m a loyal customer because of her and she has my highest recommendation.
