About 4 months ago my coworker had to move to North Carolina to be back with his family and he was selling his bedroom suit no one else wanted to buy it so I offer him a deal and I bought it and I needed somewhere to store it so I looked up online and I found Storage Sense. From day one it was a very easy experience I spoke to the operator online they got everything set up for me virtually. When that happen I was like technology has come a long way I was able to get My unit number insurance and also my passkey in a matter of less than 25 minutes. While my things were in storage I never had any problem The management is always pleasant and including the operators that answer the phone lines they were there for me each and every time that I needed them all the way up until I got my things out a few days ago. The building is always cool pleasant and kept clean and the prices are reasonable too. So anytime you need the near future this is where I will be returning to I am a customer for life. And I will make sure that I will pass and let people aware where to rent a nice storage facility I believe in networking so I most definitely will be sharing and letting people know where to come to. 🫶💙🫶 😘

I found so many good reviews about this place so I decided to give it a try! When I arrived, Mrs. Doris was so helpful and kind. She made sure I got the best deal and just the right amount of space for my storage unit. I really appreciate her help and patience for this process. My little one was with me and she made sure she competed everything in a thoroughly fashion. Would recommend to others!!

The manager Tiffany never responds to emails never returns calls never is available and it is ridiculous I’m disabled and trying to get assistance but I will keep emailing and calling corporate and documenting Finally she reaches out and is very rude I’m glad she texted cause I can screenshot She’s gotta be trained more cause she lacks lots of knowledge about her own job
