Have been using this place since it was red dot. Originally only came here because it was 24 hrs and I work til 11pm. They do not have that anymore so i took a star. However, It is very easy to get a unit, and the property manager is such a sweet lady that was very helpful when I needed to switch units and I'm paying less for a bigger unit than I was. So overall, I'm happy

Ms. Amanda has always been very helpful in knowledgeable.For any questions , I have or any problems I needed fixing. She has definitely made my experience awesome at this facility and because of her, I will recommend this facility to any and everyone. I speak to and will definitely rent with you all again.

Amanda who handles the storage building iin Youngsville s a A+ employee. She made renting a storage build there so very easy. She was business minded and also very personal when I had questions. Definitely made me feel like this is a great place to store my treasures and overflow of holiday items. I had spoken to different storage facilities. Her treatment to customers were hands down the best experience in finding the best storage unit for my needs. Thank you Amanda. Hopefully I will meet you in person. My daughter, who you dealt with first said I would just really be comfortable speaking with Amanda. She was definitely right. AMANDA was the best and I would give her 10 stars not 5!!

This place is garbage! Their service sucks and nothing works, meanwhile their prices keep going up! I’ve been locked out of my unit because the building door is broken and still waiting on someone to fix it. Good luck trying to call and get help as well. Wish I could give them a negative rating. Useless! Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else!

My unit and many others was broken into and no one from the facility has shown up to review camera footage or give any updates. Very dissatisfied with the service that Red Dot has advertised. I went to my unit on Christmas Eve to pick up my suitcases for an upcoming trip and I returned on January 3rd to drop them back off. That is when I realized that my unit and many others had been rummaged through. All of my items had been opened and tossed around. Whom ever broke in left items thrown everywhere and the panels from each unit had been left open so I could easily see into the other units. I have not heard from anyone from this business to address the issue. I would not recommend. The officer who showed up so I could report the case even mentioned that this facility is broken into the most and no resolve is ever provided to customers.
