When I needed a storage unit during a busy move, and Storage on the Levee made the whole process effortless from the start. The online rental process was smooth and intuitive, within minutes I’d secured a unit that was perfect for my needs thanks to their online unit selection and clear descriptions. When I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-kept the facility was. Entry is automated so there’s no staff’s on site, but on the few occasions I’ve had to call their office with a query their staff’s friendliness really stood out. The only suggestion I would make is for extended hours of access in the evenings. Their rental rates are refreshingly fair, especially considering how secure and spotless everything is. Overall. I’ve been renting a unit for two years now, it’s been one of the most seamless and positive service experiences I’ve had in a while, recommended.

My experience here was great very clean storage units lots of light, and lots of push carts to move things in and out of the building with ease! Also the secure building was great I never felt worried about leaving all my important items in my unit!
