Gave me the run around on insurance - needed homeowners insurance to store a car. Didn’t shovel out the bays when it snowed. Increase rent by 50% two months into contract. Oh and the door was busted up so it took a while before I got the hang of being able to lock and unlock it. Do not recommend.

Everyone was so helpful during the move in and move out process. I never had any issues with anything. They are also competitively priced and in the area when I looked a year ago, they were the least expensive. There are no “hidden fees”. I highly recommend.

I had my unit for 4 years. 1 small issue once that was a misunderstanding, fixed with one conversation. Easy access, and my unit never had water in it. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Awful experience. The first storage unit they gave me had a hole in the side of the wall and it was an end unit so all of the elements and weather could pour right into the unit. And it was filthy. Then the second one they moved me to was also filthy. Then I had major billing issues and tried to reach out directly to the Elliott office several times and the corporate office several times for months and no one got back to me.

Prime Storage made things super easy for me. Good prices, clean facility, and no hassle at all; everything was secure and I felt confident storing my belongings here. The manger is professional, polite and treated me with respect while I asked so many questions; I couldn't have asked for better service!
