I've rented a storage unit with Safe Harbor in Lebanon for several years now. I called/emailed/left voicemail messages several times to cancel my contract due to there being rats in my unit that destroyed my property. I believed that they were coming in through a busted storage unit door a few units down. I have still not received any communication back; it's been over 2 weeks. My account was charged and is still showing active.

I rented a unit from the Lebanon location and all I can say is don't waste your money.. the unit I rented still had trash in it from the previous renter and was not lockable given the locking mechanism was not there. Unfortunately for me life got crazy and I forgot all about the unit until I received a email telling me they were going to sell my belongings.. guess the joke is on them all that's in the unit is the trash there last renter left..

I rented a unit from this company. The storage unit 10x20 was just what I wanted. The person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. He took me to the unit, which was very clean, had two locks on it for your secured items and you have 24 hour access to your rental unit. If anyone needs a storage unit, I would highly recommend the "Safe Harbor Self-Storage".

Rented a unit in the Biddeford location. Easy online registration. Had a question and the owner was kind and helpful. Prices are great! Highly recommend if you need storage!!
