The customer service at Extra Space is phenomenal! When I called I didn't expect an actual person to answer so quickly. I don't remember her name but she was super helpful and thorough. She gave me all the information about the location I was interested in, including the manager's (Lucas) direct number. Lucas was very responsive and followed up immediately. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and provide a tour at a time that worked for me. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but it's the professional and helpful staff that makes this a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

I just closed out my storage unit after 10 months of temporary storage of living room furniture, books and collectibles. Every interaction with Extra Space Storage, from opening the unit online, accessing it outside of regular business hours and managing the unit online was easy and seamless. My interactions with staff were always very positive and their responsiveness was exemplary. Our things - furniture, books, collectible baseball cards - were stored professionally and without damage from temperature fluctuations or moisture. The facility is clean and safe. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Started with a unit that cost 127$ out of nowhere my monthly went to 200 without a notice. 57% increase. Find a better place they don't care about customers only profit
