CubeSmart Self Storage – Downtown Baltimore I came in to do a TV installation and the customer service was top-tier. Erica and Heather were amazing — they didn’t just point me in the right direction, they made the whole process easy. They were helping customers, giving directions, and keeping things moving like true self-starters. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star team.

Heather and Erica were awesome. They are two of the nicest ladies in customer service doing there best to help their customers. I came to help my grandfather over the weekend clear up his storage locker. They made it so easy for us to clear out and downgrade to a smaller unit. Heather was instrumental in saving him a lot of money and headache in the long run. I truly appreciate the service that was done. May you both stay blessed!

First of all, this storage space has the best customer service among all other storage spaces in Baltimore. Everything can be done online, and they are fast to pick up the phone in case of additional questions. Easy access and move-in instructions. The welcome bag with the lock and instructions adds a nice touch. The storage units are clean and easy to find. I only used the unit for a month, but paid for the next month by mistake - CubeSmart reached out and returned my money.
