From the moment I walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. They took the time to answer all my questions, made the rental process quick and easy, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Their customer service is truly top-tier. Tara is patient and knowledgeable, Tara and Rob goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable with your storage unit and the facility. Together, they make a great team and create a stress-free environment. If you need storage, this is the place to go — and make sure you ask for Tara and Rob. 2 years. 👎 Great employees though. 👍 I was a customer here for about two years and I’d like to leave my honest review. I gave two stars because the staff were all very friendly and helpful and legitimately very nice people. However, the facility was always dirty and disgusting, there were people doing drugs in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Definitely had a mouse problem, though I will say I never saw any big rats so that’s a plus, but I know for a fact that they got into my stuff and there were droppings in my unit. About six months in I informed them that there was a pocket of water underneath the roof a couple units down from mine at no point in the two years I was there was it ever dealt with. I’ve provided a picture. My biggest problem was not all of these problems however. When I first started renting my unit there, I was paying about $70 a month. I felt like for that price I would deal with all of these issues that the facility had. Unfortunately what they do is incrementally increase your rent every couple of months. So in less than two years, my rent had more than doubled and when I got the notice that it was gonna go to more than $150 a month I immediately called and informed that I would be moving out. I will say the staff did a great job canceling my account and getting me out of there by the end of the month. I just don’t think it’s reasonable to increase what the customer pays at such an exponential rate without simultaneously increasing the quality of your product, or even making the slightest attempt to do so.

The customer service was great. Denise was very patient and helpful. She explained everything in details.I had a great experience with Denise & Rob. I registered online then went to office..They both are great sales reps..A lot of times the sales associates are not professional or patient. These two were both great in those areas. Especially Denise who I dealt with mostly.

I had a great experience with Kaylor. Kaylor was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my unit choice. Her customer service stood outs she was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such excellent service these days, and I truly appreciate her effort. Highly recommend!

Disgusting. I put my stuff in a locker because I ran out of space at home. When I went back to check on it, roaches were crawling all over my items, and a dehydrated mouse was on the floor, which means nobody cleans, nobody has an exterminator come through, and it's just plain disgusting. Now I have to get rid of everything I had stored because I can't bring back or give the stuff to anyone.
