While renting at the facility located at Gallant Fox Lane, I found the Staff very knowledgeable of all aspects of the rental and billing process, able to answer my questions with accuracy and professionalism. Elaine, as well as other staff there were pleasant to encounter each time. There is a young gray haired man there who does the upkeep and the keeps the facility spotless so that when I am moving items in and out cleanliness is about it. Often when we use the storage facility it is a laborious chore, stressful and probably due to an emergency situation. The staff at Gallant Fox made it a much easier job. Thank you.
