This place is awesome. Was able to book everything, pay, and get access within 10 minutes. Everything is online. Location is impeccably clean and organized well. So happy with the decision to store our things here.

The place is very clean and I really enjoy the warm, safe, and covered space. And they had Dollie’s available to use for free. Great price. I would have liked the front desk guy to explain the lock to me and how to get into the storage space. Went back to ask after trying to call and no answer and the door was locked.

Using this storage facility has been an extreme hassle. Everything seems fine at first when you first move in, the second day I tried to access my unit the door was inoperable. A major complaint I have is about the office, though there is no one ever in the facility that they need to assist they can never be bothered to answer the phone no matter the hour. When trying to cancel my unit the person who finally did pick up at the main office was very rude and abruptly hung up the phone before the conversation was finished.(All I asked was when I could expect a callback/verification of cancellation).

When I came in today to purchase a unit the staff where very helpful and property seemed well the prices were reasonable and there was plenty of space in the unit. Would recommend to a friend

The timing is very inconvenient! I think I should be able to access my unit 24 hours a day! What’s the point of having to get an emergency code when I already have one? I think it’s more of an issue than a solution to close access to my unit at 10 pm!
