We recently moved to CubeSmart after having a unit at Public Storage for over 15 years and paying WAY too much for it. With CubeSmart, we now pay a fourth of the monthly price that we were paying, and it’s great to have a wonderful staff member like Kendall at this location! Thank you Kendall and thank you CubeSmart! P.S. THANK YOU for having a (clean!) bathroom in the hallway for us to use if/when the office is closed. We didn’t have that at Public Storage and it was always a hassle to drive down the street for a bathroom, lol 😂

It was so easy to rent the storage unit. Having the insurance just added into the price would be better. Yes they were the cheapest because the insurance isn't included in quoted price. We had to the go office for the lock. The office lady Mrs. Kendall was very friendly and helpful.

Im so upset right now. I purchased a unit on valentines day. I was able use my code that was given to me. A few days later, I went to put more items in my unit. To my surprise, my code didn't work. I called customer service, and was given a temporary code which also didn't work( which is odd). Today I came back to see if it was just a malfunction, and nope. My code did not work, no one was there probably due to the snow. I have already paid up until April and I can't even move the rest of my things in.
