Ive got a lot and a unit. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile to treat you like family. The 9pm gate closing is kind of a pain, but with the staff and amenities ill take it. Love this place

This facility is poorly managed and has abysmal customer service. I should have read the review here prior to booking storage. The recurring billing requested was not implemented. When this was discovered, the manager denied any responsibility and rudely refused the phone call. A call to the telephone number provided on the web site was forwarded to a third party answering service that had no knowledge of the phone number or the identity of the corporate client. A $150 to $200 storage rental has become a $300-$350 rental. AVOID THIS FACILITY!

I have been using this unit for the last past five years I have had no problems and Miss Penny is the greatest if I had my own business I would let her run it she knows how work her personality is so sweet Even when I talk to her on the phone She makes me smile if she leaves I leave you could not ask for a much better person to run this business I think well I know she could run the White House and my house thanks for the service Miss Penny you are the greatest enjoy doing business with you
