Its amazing how many people and companies are willing to do business in bad faith nowadays and be completely willing to take your money. I can no longer access the building to even get to the storage unit area and the "remotely located " customer service representatives actually keep pretending like I am the only person calling them and complaining about this problem. When another business's tenant eventually let me in the building as a favor, I went downstairs and saw that the door to the storage area had "tape" over the lock, indicating that everyone must be calling about our access codes not being functional and not just me so they lied. I've included photos of the taped door. At this time this storage company is making no efforts to correct this problem. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. The storage units are NOT secure with tape over the locks! However we can't access the storage area at all if the tape were to be removed. People just want what they agree to pay for! This is NOT a secured storage area at this present time (7-15-2025).
