As someone who runs a business myself, I understand how damaging a one-star review can be. Because of that, I am giving five stars. However, I believe the following issue is something your team needs to address and improve. When we arrived to check in, there were three guests waiting, including myself, and the office was locked. None of us were able to check in, so we had to wait outside. We left briefly to take care of other errands and came back several times, hoping someone would return. We started waiting around 2:00 PM. There was a sign on the door saying that someone would return at 3:00 PM. However, no one showed up. We waited until about 3:40 PM and then called customer service. The response we received was extremely frustrating—they simply told us that the office closes at 6:00 PM and that we should keep waiting until then. This situation was very unprofessional and poorly handled. After waiting for hours without any assistance or clear communication, I had no choice but to cancel my stay and make a reservation at another location instead.

Good location. Guys at desk were helpful but could have been friendlier. Space is great! I like the security access. I did see a ton of lantern flies at outside doors and they were also inside.I would highly recommend them!
