Jill was a godsend at communicating every detail of my contract, as well as helping with negotiating a reduction of my monthly payments when the got too high. Very clean facility and employees are nice and resourceful. Can’t lie, the bathroom was extremely clean for what I was expecting, (Zero hate. It’s kinda just assumed the bathroom isn’t the most maintained thing in a storage facility) down to toilet seat protectors. The employees are very respectful and there for you!
