Where do I begin when describing the exceptional customer service Ms. Denia consistently provides? I first spoke with her over the phone, and her vibrant, welcoming personality immediately stood out. I had been waiting for the store to open and told her I would stop by later that afternoon, which happened to be the very first day of its opening. During our call, I explained the type and size of storage unit I needed, as well as my preference for being close to the entry door. When I arrived at the store, Ms. Denia was just as welcoming in person as she was on the phone. She answered all of my questions, gave me a tour, and guided me to the unit she had selected for me to view—it was perfect. I signed the contract to rent the unit that same day. Each time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile and asks how she can assist me that day.
