I recently rented storage at the space in Westminster, MD. Ordering the rental online was easy, allowing me to select the correct size that I needed and pay. I received a text with all information needed to access my space, making the accessing the space without even having to go in easy. I had a few questions that were quickly answered by the manager who was very professional and friendly. The space was easy to access with our moving truck and clean, even the door rolled up for us easily. Although, I could have used my own lock, I saved myself a step and chose to purchase one from the facility, very heavy duty and confident that it is a good, solid lock. Overall, very pleased. Also appreciate the month to month option and not being locked into a contract.

Hi, Buddy made my Westminster MD STORAGE RENTAL process smooth and thorough. He called direct after I made an onlinereservation and coordinated our meeting time that day. Hes VERY knowledgeable, dedicated and enjoys his work. And he passes that on, with honestly, to customers A great guy to talk and work with. The Property is Comfortable, Clean, feels secure. UNITS and building also clean and well lit on inside. Two Concerns: ONE: there are not enough flatbeds! Had to drive and walk back to the office to get one. Could find NONE in the building on a slow day. I believe only 5-8 are in four large buildings at any given time. TWO: I forgot to ask about RENT INCREASES. Am reading here that rents kept going up FAST. Not Cool I will move if they do.

I had trouble renting online and got a call from Buddy and he offered me to rent a locker over the phone and made it simple. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. I would recommend this facility to my friends. If you need storage go see Buddy he is the property manager.
