PSA You cannot store a vehicle at the 17 Dundee location in Andover MA. Would definitely recommend however management was super accommodating and helpful. I wasn’t able to find the unit i needed but they nicely put me on a notify list in case one popped up. Regretfully I didn’t get the name of the individual who helped me, S/O to you whoever you are!

I fully recommend this facility. I had a nightmare of a move from Florida to Massachusetts due to the incompetence of the real estate people in Florida. I had to stay in a hotel with four people and two cats for two weeks. We didn’t close on time and all of our furniture had to be put in storage. Thankfully at this facility the manager was very helpful, honest, and I felt my possessions were safe. I was able to get a moving company to move our stuff today and I was afraid it was too early in the morning because they didn’t open till 9:30 thankfully the manager showed up at 8:00. I would fully recommend this facility. I was well taken care of and I know they will take care of you.

Shad is amazing!! I had a unique situation where I called and needed his assistance and then things changed and I had to call him back and basically reverse the changes I made. It was frantic on my end, but he was so calm and reassuring and helped me come to a solution from several states away. I highly recommend their team and couldn't be more grateful!
