Well, we were happy with our experience here until today. We showed up to our unit totally tossed, ceiling wires cut, and a bunch of missing items. Funny enough, we had been nervously laughing on the way to our unit about how the front doors were opening without a code… I could not find any after hours number, so we called the police. An officer showed up and informed us that there was a break-in nearly three weeks ago. I recalled a voicemail from the company three days after the break-in date, which I assumed was about our rate increasing (from $116 to $170) because it was so nonchalant and there was no follow up call or attempt to call my husband. It’s amazing to me that they made one single attempt to contact me, giving no indication of a problem. I’m also shocked that they’ve just left my unit damaged and did not repair the roof where the burglars cut. And, to top it all off, the police officer told us that the company was not cooperative at all during the investigation…why you wouldn’t cooperate with an entity attempting to keep your company secure is beyond me. Needless to say, we won’t be staying a moment longer than we have to, and after this experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone else use this facility either. Another fun tidbit, I got an email while we were cleaning up the aftermath of the break-in. “Thanks for your payment!” I’m glad they can email me promptly about money.

Julia has always helped me whenever I had questions or needed any assistance! Today I came in expecting her and was pleasantly surprised to meet Bill. Not only did Bill quickly resolve my issue he did it with a warm smile and kind heart. Overall this is the best and most secure storage facility I’ve ever rented at and will continue to do so! Today I upgraded my unit and moved in with ease, Bill made sure I got the unit I needed and wanted. Thank you so much Bill and thank you Julia for always helping me.

Very convenient, clean space and a modern safe and secure facility. The staff was super professional and courteous and willing to help us out - in one instance, our movers forgot stuff at the facility out in the open after we had moved out - Julia took the trouble of putting the stuff in a locked storage and called me to inform so that I could pick it up the next day. highly recommend the place.

My experience at Extra Space Storage was truly a pleasure.Julia, the young lady in charge was even better than that! Firstly, I was unfamiliar with the entire renting storage experience. I called & told her I was coming there. She greeted me warmly for starters. Julia patiently, & I mean patiently walked me thru the entire process, which included viewing the storage unit & all that that entailed. She answered all my questions (& there were quite a few) along with adding a few answers to questions I never asked. It was a very comfortable, enlightening & positive experience to say the very least. She made my decision in storing my "stuff" there an easy one. Julia definitely made time & space at Extra Space for me. I know she will for you. Thank you Extra Space & of course, thank you Julia!
