First time to my unit was Sunday, was fearful. I wouldn't be able to get in unless I went to the office first. But everything was perfect and the unit was nice and clean. Provided my rent doesn't increase. I'll be able to afford it for a while.

Extra Space Storage in Haverhill (Bradford), MA is very clean and well secured. I stored my furniture and other items there for over four years and found them to be in excellent condition, after unpacking them. Shawn is the person I have been working with from the first day I stored my furniture there, and he has always been very helpful to me especially during the pandemic. I will return to Extra Space Storage in Bradford, MA again, and have recommended it to others who also have high praises from their own experience. 😊

In less than one year I went from paying $179 to $299. The place is also infested with mice - they poop on everything and you can hear them as you walk through the storage. Staff may be great but the facility is not taken care of and they'll jack the price up on you as soon as you move everything into this mouse nest. Also as other reviewers have noted, it's not really climate controlled. They have a few crappy A/C for the summer time but the winter it gets just as cold as the outside.

I can’t say enough good things about Extra Space Storage and especially about Sean Duffy. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and really well-maintained, which immediately gave us peace of mind. But what truly stood out was the level of customer service. Sean went above and beyond for us.
