I never ended up using the storage as my plans changed and I only had it for about a month and a half (never used it). I rented it online and never spoke to anyone. It was easy to sign up, though the email I received afterwards for the extra charge for insurance was a surprise that I didn't see while signing up. It may have been displayed and I just didn't see it. I understand why it's needed, but it should be more obvious. All on all it was an easy transaction, and cancelling the rental was easy to do online. If I had the need I'd go back.

Very clean , well kept facility with extremely well customer service ! Marcellus was very knowledgeable and was able to provide accurate and clear explanations to all my questions. Wasn’t able to book just due to location and distance comparison to were I live but was still very pleased with the experience given!
