Dave was extremly helpful and made the storage a breeze and easy to deal with uasually its a pain to get storage or have hidden fees this place doesnt do that very legitimate and I loved working with them and will be using this storage for all my needs great place to be and couldnt get enough very friendly staff it ment a lot that everthing was easy in time of need no one gets a storage or hotel uasually for good reason(something going on in life) but boi I enjoyed this more than I should have and it was a good thing !!!!! No a great thing made it verry easy

UPDATE- When choosing a storage place, I knew the prices would go up anywhere you go due to the predatory month-by-month contracts that every company has. Your rate will go up 40% after the first two paid months if you got your first two months free. Every single thing is getting more expensive and we can’t keep up this. We will have to leave if rates keep going up 40% every few months. I’m surprised it only took 4 total months of renting to see such a price hike. Jen was fantastic, not only was she super helpful and knowledgeable, she also took time to give us ample advice for recently moving to Worcester. Above and beyond customer service. Clean office, great location, easy to access, well worth the drive for us.

Dave is awesome...heck so is everyone that works there...everyone is very accommodating they just stayed open a few minutes for me so I could lease another spot...hours of access are good and there is a freight elevator too...highly recommend road nbro!

If you need a storage locker in the middlesex area with great customer service, look no further than this location. I went in yesterday late afternoon and two fantastic employees Jen and Dave took care of me and answered all my questions. Its the little things that matter in customer service. As I was asking questions about their medium lockers Dave drove to me to the exact locker I would be renting to make sure I like the location within the lot and the size of the locker. After purchasing a lock Jen was kind enough to open the lock and test it to make sure it works. If you rent a storage locker anywhere besides here with Dave and Jen behind the counter your doing yourself and your property you put into storage a disservice.

Dave was a great help! I made a reservation online, he followed up with with a phone call for confirmation. He was great communicating any hiccups that occurred and was very accommodating. We decided to go with a larger unit with not a big jump in the price change and Dave wad great in facilitating it. Was clearly told the rules and lease agreement. 5 star customer service. Thank you Dave!
