A farther location (8 miles) with a FREE first month (just $60 total for insurance, lock, and admin fees). She stayed calm, empathetic, and never pressured us, exactly what stressed parents need! Thomas Curran (Assistant Manager at 590 Revere Beach Pkwy, Revere, MA): Met me onsite with a warm welcome, guided me to the unit, and explained everything clearly. I went into the Revere Massachusetts location to get some basic info on storage units. I spoke with Jomar Otero. When we first walked in, he was on the phone but immediately acknowledged that we were there. He was professional and friendly and more than willing to show us some storage units. As we walked through the facility, it was clean and well lit. Jomar explained in detail how the process works from opening the gate to the facility to loading dock procedures such as where to loading carts are, to where to park the car. We did rent a storage unit and while processing the purchase Jomar walked us through all the do's and dont's clearly.
