My experience with Francisco has always been a pleasure. He truly goes above and beyond to take care of my needs, and his customer service is consistently top tier. I’ve worked with him at both the Extra Space Storage location here and the St. James location, and he is always helpful, professional, and courteous. The only downside is that the prices at this location are pretty steep for very small units. That said, the customer service Francisco provides makes a big difference and is the reason I continue to choose Extra Space Storage. Thank you, Francisco!

I ended up renting a small unit here recently when I needed extra space during a move, and it worked out pretty well. The place looks clean and the halls were brighter than a lot of storage spots I’ve used before. The lady at the front desk was helpful walking me through the paperwork, even though I probably asked the same question twice by mistake. Access hours are decent and I never had trouble getting in or out. Prices seemed fair for the area, not the cheapest but not crazy either. Overall, it’s a solid option if you need some extra storage without any hassle.
