Prime storage has been amazing. Miranda is the manager there and her in the staff are so helpful and compassionate. this facility is used for a major life transition and they have been with me to help support my storage needs was one unit then two then three then back to two then to one. I'm so appreciated of Miranda and Prime storage for all they have done that continue to do to help realize the best option options for my storage needs both with cost and making the unit units within as close distance as possible They really have gone above and beyond and I appreciate them so much in a stressful situation. They really have been so supportive! Thank you for all you've done.

The units are very clean, staff is a tentative and helpful. I am usually someone who likes to do things online. After doing my rental online they followed up by phone they were polite and courteous wanting to ensure my belongings were taken care of correctly. I am so happy I rented from them.

I walked into Prime Storage thinking it was the original storage company I signed up with, but after talking to Miranda, I switched over to Prime Storage. She was so patient with me, walking me through the sign-up and even showing me my unit. If you're not with Prime you should definitely consider!

We have had storage units in the Winthrop St. Prime Storage facility in Taunton Ma. for quite sometime. The highlight throughout this whole experience is a hidden gem, your Manager at the facility Miranda. She has been and continues to be the biggest asset there. Miranda went above and beyond in assisting with our needs. We had some challenges when moving out of our units and Miranda stepped up and pulled us through. She encouraging and meets each and every situation with a positive attitude. At the end of our rental, she made us feel so comfortable and Thankful. She was like family.. Miranda is the type of Manager others can learn from. Thank you Miranda for everything.

The people are always friendly, attentive, willing to help & keep it very clean. They go above & beyond any other storage company I've had in the past. I'm a retired soldier & have used storage companies in the past & this one's is by far the best.
