I had a great experience here. I rented a unit for over a year with zero issues. Ed, the manager always went above and beyond. I have been to a couple other storage places, prior to here and the experiences were awful. CubeSmart has good hours and the units are clean. No mice! And, it’s safe.

Ed, the manager of this Cube Smart, has been very accommodating to our needs. Both parking spaces for our trailer were appropriate, but he gave us a different one when we preferred it. He gave us options for paying the monthly rent.He looked after our trailer after twice we discovered the door open upon arrival. (It had been closed and locked). When a tree fell and prevented us from taking our trailer out, he contacted other management who got the tree branches removed in a timely manner. As the rent kept going up and the commute from Plainville got to be too much, however, we had to seek a more appropriate location.

I had Cu e Amart in Brockron for about 4 years. I wish I could rate things by category but you can't which is why they only got 4* and not 5* As far as access to the facility, I t was super convenient and easy-to-use so that is 5* The Manager Doug is Very Nice, easy to talk to, and very helpful... As for the facility it's clean but has a bad mouse issue and a lot of my clothes had to be thrown away due to rodent feces and urine which i was very upset about. Also another reason they got a 4* was their price increases. They were not huge increases, usually about $8-$10 at a time. However, THEY ADD UP, and add up fast.. For a 5x5 I went from $48 a month to $120 a month. So at the end of June I moved my stuff from the Brockron Cube Smart to the Taunton Cube Smart which gave me a 5x10 and 1st month free for $34.99 a month. It is a very clean facility, my unit is on the 2nd floor with a lift that you access from the outside of the building. Its Great 👍🏽
