CHEAP PLACE TO RENT IF YOU WANT MICE IN YOUR STUFF. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I rented a storage unit here for 6 months, I came back to move my stuff out yesterday. I found a dead mouse in the corner, mice feces everywhere, my boxes were shredded from the mice. I had to throw most of my stuff away because the mice used my stuff as a bathroom. I went to the office to speak to someone, first off the stench of cigarettes lingering inside that office is overwhelming, second the lady was rude and stated that she could not do anything about it. She also stated that I was lying about the dead mouse and feces everywhere, thank god I took pictures, I showed them to her and she brushed it off like she didn’t care. Never again will I rent from them. Customer service is terrible and the place is disgusting.

The owners are always very nice and willingly to help with any questions I have/had. Would absolutely recommend to my family and friends! I’m so thankful that I found such a great (and especially SECURE!) storage facility! ❤️-Heather

Pretty affordable have no issues the owners are very very polite that work at the front desk and I have no issues and I ask has anything ever been stolen or broken into here and I was told no I haven't had no issues so I'm happy

Lots of different sizes units here. Prices are competitive with other places. Convenient to the Memorial Ave area. Clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
