Ok I would have rated it higher however there was an issue with not getting security deposit back along with being charged 2 extra months after I had ended their services. Units were nice and clean, easy access ( located on 140 in Winchendon). Will not say don’t use their services just pay attention to your billing after you end services. Take pictures of unit # along with unit empty when you leave to cover yourself. Everything is done online nothing in person. I moved out of state so won’t be using them in the future.

Online storage unit securing was easy and the tools to help me decide what size was also online , which was great. I received a quick response when I had a question. And when I got to the unit, it was secure and had easy access once in.

Lock'd up storage has been the best place to use for personal storage. The price is great, as well as the customer service. They offer auto-pay, which has never added unwanted fees (hard to find that, nowadays). I will definitely continue to trust them with all of my personal storage needs.
