Really?They don't even deserve one star sings how 9 days after paying my bill.My red lock is still on my unit.And of course , three in afternoon and you can't get a hold of a manager on site , so i'm paying for a storage and I can't even get into it. But they're real quick to put the lock on.If you're late on your payment , how about giving some credit when you can't get in your unit yet , it's paid
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been a customer there in Michigan Center Michigan for almost 6 years. I have a 10x20 unit there. I rented a second 10x20 unit 1 year ago. I rented it online bcuz it was after hours. So they gave me a code to unlock their locks and put my own lock on it. That unit had dual access two doors. The unit number 501502. It is one unit though. Well my code unlocked the 501 part but would not unlock the other half of my unit. After a few days I noticed there was no longer a combination lock on the 502 part of my unit it was now a key lock. So I thought I just misunderstood them and that it was not part of my unit. The end of July I went to the office to inquire about renting another unit, and found out it was the other half of my unit that the manager put one of their locks on it and the keys were in the office although NOONE had contacted me about this. I feel like they should credit my bill half the amount for 7 months while I didn’t have access to the other half of my unit. And I pay 368.00 per month and anyone off the street can walk in and rent a 10x20 unit for 99$ with first month free. They are totally taking advantage of me. That’s how they treat their customers. The manager missy has screamed and been nothing but very rude everytime I try to discus it and won’t give me any one higher up phone number. BEWARE!!!
So far things are going smoothly. Your customer service team, Jay and Colleen are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The unit is very clean, the facility is well maintained as well.
I had them for 5 years with no problem but beware, they do not prorate when you leave, only when you move in. If you move out before the end of the month you do not get any of your money back.
Facility was clean, easily accessible and reasonably priced. Customer support was friendly. Computer program was not easy for employees to use. At least 3 different employees had issues with getting the computer to do what they wanted it to do and navigating screens seemed to be difficult.
