Im giving 3 stars because of the conditions. The snow and ice made it very difficult to get to the assigned spot and very difficult to back my boat in. On top of that, not having boots with me my shoes, socks and feet were frozen because of all the snow I had to walk through. Need to do a better job.

I recently had an extremely challenging situation when an 80-foot moving truck from out of state was scheduled to deliver furniture the next morning, but my house wasn’t ready in time and I had no place to store the items. That’s when.Kenn Mercier, The property manager, truly stepped up and went above and beyond expectations. Kenn Took charge of the situation, quickly arranging three units that the truck could access. Not only did he find the space, but he also helped me secure pallets to properly store my furniture. He assisted with countless other details, all while making sure everything was ready in time for the delivery. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help made all the difference. I had what ended up being a few issues with the door and lock on my unit. Within minutes of calling the customer service, the amazing gentleman who operates this location contacted me, and set a plan into motion to get it all fixed within days. He was amazingly communicative, keeping me up to date on the progress. He made it all so seamless and easy. It can be frustrating dealing with an unmanned facility and a generalized customer service, but this guy went above and beyond to make sure this customer was happy. Such a great experience, I’m so glad we switched to this facility! Thanks so much!
