No wait No hassles. Made an online reservation and a human being quickly followed up with a phone call. On site, Brenda was a model of efficiency, leading me throughout the facility and briefing me on all the rules and procedures. Kudos to the Cube team.

Theresa helped me today with setting myself up with a unit and was absolutely amazing!! The units are clean and they seem to have a variety of sizes to fit storage needs! I was never told about any extra fees I was told that the rental was $45 a month I was never told to bring in my runners insurance or I'd have to pay insurance nor was I ever told about any of the other deposits that company requires in order to rent a storage unit. The staff member I had Brenda was a very rude lady, she said it wasn't her fault because she didn't make the reservation then when I called my insurance company to have them email me a copy of my renters insurance when I got off the phone she said now you have to mail that copy to our company at this email so I wound up having to call my insurance company again to get them to email y'all a copy of my renter's agreement had she told me in the first place when she saw me on the phone calling the insurance company I would have known that. The only reason I went ahead and rented the unit is because of it's so close by to my home. If not for that I would walk out and I would never ever ever tell anybody to go there. You may just call me one dissatisfied customer she told me my first month's rent was free but I walked out of there paying $91 with renters insurance all these fees etc etc such as should be told up front good thing I had my checkbook with me I just had a $50 bill So in closing I say the left hand at your company does not know what the right hand is doing. They just inconvenience you at every corner you would call me a very dissatisfied customer don't rent here
