Overall not a bad place. The gate always works well and customer service is excellent. The only bad is they do almost absolutely no snow removal or salting. There were times I was packing or unpacking on complete ice. I did later find out they have salt up at the front office for use though.

Considering my unit was just broken into this morning zero stars… I feel violated and I can’t express how let down I am on the people of this small town. Huge bummer, will update this after I file a claim. I want people held accountable and my belongings back or paid in full. Stealing is disgusting. This place needs barbed wire and better security. I don’t feel safe leaving my things here.

Our unit along with many others have been broken into twice in the last 6 months. We got a call yesterday to come and take an inventory of our unit as it was broken into again and we were told on the phone that 75 units were affected. There is no fencing in the back of the property. The company just keeps putting back on these cheap aluminum latches that they come through and just knock off. They have cameras but they obviously aren't set up to alert authorities that people are on the premises in the middle of the night knocking all the locks off and going through the units, so what's the point of even having the cameras? Just be aware of renting here and if you do, don't have a unit towards the back which is where they've broken into both times.

I only just recently rented a unit. I was able to successfully set everything up, including autopay all online beforehand. Jennifer was very helpful too when I had a slight issue come up that same day when moving my belongings in. Thank you.

I originally signed up under a half-off promotion for the first six months, which brought my monthly cost to $80. After the promotion ended, my rent increased to $160. Nearly a year later, I checked your current pricing and saw that the same unit I have is being offered for around $80 per month. That means while I’ve been paying $160, a new customer could rent the exact same unit for half the price. I contacted your office to see if my rate could be adjusted to match your advertised pricing, but was told it wasn’t possible.To me, this feels misleading. The so-called “promo” ultimately left me paying double what the unit is worth, while new renters continue to enjoy the lower rate.
